Straight talker, my arse. He is saying everything that the public wants to hear and if he were to get elected, he would forget all of it. Just like Cameron, just like Miliband, just like Clegg.
That comment sums up why I can barely muster any interest in politics. They are indeed all a pack of liars, and so if I can't believe a word any of them says, it doesn't deserve my interest.
I'm inclined to think the tories are probably on balance the best of a bad bunch, though, and I come from a place who normally never look beyond the Labour Party.

I do not trust any of the main 4 leaders and no one should be relying on them to make their lives any better. The only person you can trust to make your life better is yourself.

Cameron's immigration record is not much better either, bogus weddings are causing the latest increase, EU citizens from Eastern Europe marrying Pakistanis, Indians and Africans and after the wedding the rest of the family comes over.
