The Forgotten is one of the worst movies for this.
Is that the film with Julianne Moore looking for her missing child? Wow. Sadly saw that at the cinema. One of my friends sitting next to me literally said WTF? out loud at the twist ending, to which most people around us who heard him started laughing.
Only reason i remember that movie. Woeful, woeful film.

Agree wholeheartedly on The Game. This is one that was edge of your seat with an incredible OMG twist. I was only able to watch it once, because after I knew the ending, it was ruined, but i still remember that film.

I'm not sure that film could be made today, not just because of the twist - the whole premise would not be tolerated.
I still think he was turned crazy in there, not a patient.
Great cast and a brilliant twist. One very underrated film.
