Just watched the news and was surprised to see how young looking Simon is at the moment. Then it became clear!! Hehas been at the hair dye.!!! I always thought how touching it was and very open and honest when I saw his hairline touched with grey. It realy suited him now he has gone and got all 'protective' of himself and taken to touchng up his hairline.
I much prefer the Simon McCoy who lives life on the edge, and likes to show his age. I just loved him when he held up a packet of paper instead of his tablet, he has a twinkle in his eye,;-)

He is a BBC News 24 newsreader. Had an on-air 'incident' with Tomasz Schafernaker which resulted in a middle finger being shown.

Sorry Chasing Shadows and anyone else unsure of who Simon is!! I wasnt too sure where to put it so thought General Discussion was the best, Of course only the true followers (there have been a few who have commented on him before) of Simon would know him and his antics on BBC 24 News. I just thought a mention of his recent grooming efforts might raise a smile. I little bit of light hearted banter makes a change from some of the more serious things that are mentioned and Simon does like a little bit of banter I understand.
I bet you now know who he is nd all because he decided to do his roots;-)
