Telephone light on Sky Box lights up every night

  It sounds like the box isn't connected to the phone (as it needs to be) and it keeps trying to connect but not managing it.

  Our box of that type often does this. Seems to have a problem with the on line light setting.
  
  I used to have to keep rebooting to get the thing to switch off at all,
