Having a Brother-in-Law that's a fanatical motorcycle racing fan, and the owner of a big Ducati and a Triumph, I've been a number of times with him. The speed at which they go through some sections is mental, it looks quick on the videos but in real life it's bloody insane. It literally is a blink and you miss them moment.

I REALLY want to go lol. Like you said, it looks mental:D:o
I went once, back in the early 90's. I'd go again, but it costs a fortune. A week in the south of France is cheaper, and it doesn't rain. Back in the day, you could have the best of both worlds, with a round of the endurance championship at Paul Ricard, Bandol. The TT is special though, start saving now.
I went quite a few times in the 80's, mainly as I grew up not far from the port of Heysham. I used to love it, although it was really just an excuse to drink solidly for several days

It helps if you have family living on the Island, one of my boys is a member of the coastguard in Douglas, it would only cost me the fare over if I went.

Until we get anti-grav hover vehicles, like the ones from Wipeout, they'll always be getting close to the road.
The TT is on tonight on ITV4. Gonna go and watch it think. It's on every night:D
Yeah, in a quarter of an hour. I have the DVR set.
My mum said she used to go over when she was little with my grandad:D
