BT Digital Vault & wireless connection problems

I am unable to acces my BT Digital Vault. I input my password & keep getting the message 'The BT Digital Vault is currently experiencing delays. Please try again later'. Also my broadband connection works for about an hour & then disconnects itself. I rang BT who after passing me between various departments put me through to sales (why?). Anyway they sent us a new hub & phone. For some reason this actually solved the problem for the first online session after installation. It has now reverted to disconnecting the broadband connection & not being able to get into the Digital Vault. Any theories or help out there? Thanks.

    Sounds like 2 seperate faults.
    The Digital vault problem is more than likely server or network problems with BT.
    The other problem is gonna be problems on your broadband line, are your normal telephone calls noisy at all?
    Have you plugged the hub directly into the test socket on your main BT Socket to prove any wiring faults in your house?
