According to the BBC programme guides - Monday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's episodes are all written by Simon Ashdown...
Should be good then :)

Cool, I had many memorable episodes written by him including the moving episode which saw Dot help her friend Ethel to die, Whitney’s abuse at the hands of Tony, Stacey’s bi-polar and the live episode to mark 25 years in Walford.

It's going to be a very Branning centric week. (Even more than usual!)

Well that's just great. God knows they haven't had a storyline since Branning Week!

While it will unfortunately be Branning-centered, at least it will be written by a good writer that knows the characters well. The non-Brannings fans will be slightly less bored than we otherwise would be.

Oh joy. It's not like the Brannings get much screentime as it is. They must be the most underused characters in soap.

Who are the Brannings again? We haven't seen much of them at all, ever.
