    I'm wondering how exactly her sex tape recording got in the hands of someone that was willing to sell it? Did she not make sure it was safe and secure? Unless it was the fella in the video who has betrayed her by offering it for tens of thousands maybe. I dunno.

    She had affairs during both of her marriages - mercifully that is quite unusual.

    It is an invasion of her privacy to have this made public and - to a degree - I actually feel sorry for her. However having seen her on lots of magazine covers over the years - always madly in love with her latest man - she has now left herself quite open to scrutiny.

    How may zelebrity sex tapes have now made it mysteriously into the public domain? You'd think they'd have copped on by now that filming their sexploits might not be the best idea. That is unless they're of the view that all publicity is good publicity.

    So who is the DM's source? Who knows she is feeling vulnerable etc or what is on this tape. Who would contact the press and tell them? Does this tape really exist?

    I don't think so. Whoever filmed the video theoretically owns the copyright - although I'm not an expert when it comes to the legal comings and goings of a celebrity sex tape.

    Well technology is such these days that if something is recorded, the whole world might as well know. If she has consented to the video then I don't have much sympathy, considering the world she lives in its particularly naïve imo.

    Did she? I know rumours surfaced about her sleeping with her co-star during her marriage to Jamie Lomas, but I didn't know after the other rumours. Were they confirmed? Still doesn't make it extensive though. She's linked to every man she's seen with, regardless of whether she's dating him or not.

    Doesn't it come under the recently added 'revenge porn' (that's not its official name) law? Regardless of whether the person in the video or photo was complicit in the act if A N Other publishes that image without that person's consent then they are committing a crime.

    Revenge Porn that's against the law now, they even locked someone up recently. :confused:

    Thought the only way another celeb sex tape would make an appearance now is if they approved it and that would be really obvious to all, they can hardly deny it if it were released.

    Yes - it was an audition tape for a soft-porn job, filmed, it seems, in some toilets somewhere! Suzanne Shaw got thru it; I'm sure Kym Marsh will too. Only Myleene left to make one now. Mind you, there's loads of her in her smalls.

    From what I've just read, the law on revenge porn makes it illegal to distribute sexual images/video of anyone online without that person's permission. So, the person offering the recording of Kym performing sexual acts, they could end up being charged for breaking some law.

    Was that ever conclusively proven to be her? I seem to recall you never saw her face. I always assumed it was fake. Did she ever admit it was her?
