Hi, I'm looking to buy a laptop, these are the specs of the laptop I'm looking to buy, I'm just wondering are these specs good enough just to play the casual game like sims 3, sims city, euro truck simulator 2 etc?

AMD Quad-Core A10-5750M APU with Radeon HD 8650G Graphics (2.5 GHz, 4 MB cache)
8 GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 8650G/7670M Dual GPU (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
1 TB 5400 rpm SATA

Thanks

For the games you listed you shouldn't have any trouble.

Hi, thanks for the reply, do you have any idea of what settings I could mostly run these games out at, without experiencing any lag? Thanks

There wont be any lag because they are not online games.

Lag is not just reserved for online games. Lag can also refer to slow down, due to the GPU struggling to keep up with the current settings.

As for the OP's question about setting, I'm sorry I can't help you there but I would say try experimenting.

You 'should' be able to play the games you have listed without experiencing lag on the highest settings.

Thats not technically lag. Its an FPS drop or spike.
