I've mentioned before that I once heard a lovely folksy piano-led version of Haddaway's "What Is Love" playing in McDonalds of all places. What you won't know is I later interrogated YouTube in an attempt to hunt it out - difficult task without the cover artist's name - and whilst I didn't recover that take, I did find absolutely pages of versions on the track, ranging from ska-punk to XX-style minimalist electro. I kid not, punch 'what is love cover' into your YT searchbox and clear an afternoon. I broke the window again...
