Queen's Baton Relay coverage

BBC Scotland news had a short item on the coverage of the Queen's Baton Relay once it enters Scotland. The van being used looked remarkably like the one used for the coverage of Olympic Torch. Are they using the same van or is it a new one built to a similar design?
