DMtech DM-AV7 Portable Multimedia player

Is there anybody out there with one of these portable devices? Everytime I conect the RCA connectors to the TV it comes up with Input signal not detected. The TV is a HD Samsung 32" LCD with every connection going on the back so I do not know if am doing something wrong! I also have a laptop wth a externa digital USB TV box so can I connect my DMTech up to that as well and get a signal?
