Getting a refund off Fiverr

I paid a guy $20 to do some SEO work on my website.
I know you won't get much for that but I was shocked when he came back 15 minutes later and said he had 'finished'.
He attached 12 jpgs that showed my website meta tags. This was supposed to be proof he had done the work.
However, I had copies of those meta tags before he 'did the work' and guess what, they were identical AFTER he 'finished the work'.
I told him, I'd like to know what work he had done because it still looks the same to me. That was five days ago and he hasn't replied.
I don't think he has done anything. How easy is it to get money refunded on Fiverr?
I know their customer service sucks.
I suppose I could get a refund from my credit card.

I gave the guy four days to respond. I messaged him twice. No response.
So I rang my bank this morning. Told them of the situation and had the amount taken off my credit card.
