The Main DS Site

why is it when you leave a comment on a article on the main DS site that the mods delete them even if there is nothing wrong with what you put but you can put the same on the forum and thats fine.

    No idea, have you asked them? maybe it's to make room? The forums are for discussion, I'd assume comments are just for one off posts that soon fill up.

    Hmmm I don't know then sorry. Can they be alerted like the forums? If so may be that's why.

    Me too, I forget it's there.

    I saw Digital Spy quoted 3 times in the DM comments section today complaining about spoilers, but I think they may be on about the DS forums rather than the main site.

    I think that Batman means if you click on the 'Home' button on the top right hand of the screen.

    I think the OP is referring to the part of DS where all the articles are, as opposed to this part, the forums. Apparently you can leave comments on articles there....I didn't know that... I very rarely go there, I just use the forums :o

    ^^^^spoton that is what i meant.

    Seems the mods don't like you leaving comments and remove them willy nilly for the fun of it but you can put the same thing on the forum with no issue.

    Yesterday there was a heading saying Cheryl saying Ashley isn't a prick yet if you put the same even dotting it out like pr..k isn't allowed and gets removed for being an offensive word.

    Talk about double standards
