off the shoulder dresses

theres an off the shoulder dress in primark i quite like, its black with a little white bow on the side. I was quite big chested and was just wondering what type of body shape suits off the shoulder dresses?

    Apparently, off-the-shoulder dresses work well for any woman’s height and body shape, though they do tend to work best for woman gifted with a full chest.

    you dont need to worry about boobs but having nice back and shoulders is a must.
