Most Annoying Singing Voices

Who do you think has the most irritating/unpleasant singing voice? I think Mark Owen has! His voice has got the most annoying unpleasant tone to it. I am not a Take That fan anyway, but atleast Gary Barlow can sing well!

I expect Cheryl Cole will probably be mentioned too. I think her voice is very average, but the tone doesn't annoy me. Diana Vickers on the other hand.....:eek:

James blunt - pure turd
ozzy osbourne - even worse always sounds like he is singing through a cardboard tube from a toilet roll.
james morrison - abysmal singer

They have irritating/unpleasant singing voices.

I avoid the charts as much as i can but alot are pretty annoying but i wont listen long enough to find out who they are.

god i hate diana vickers!! i hated her on xfactor with her whiney voice. she sings like shes constipated!!

Ke$ha, Diana Vickers and Katy Perry for me. And I wouldn't say Cheryl has an annoying voice. She sounds good on Girls Aloud songs, but her voice is just too boring to pull of a whole song. Actually, saying that, she has a Girls Aloud solo song called Crazy Fool which she actually sounds really good on.

Akon, Lil Wayne and Eminem (even though they're not singers their voices just annoy me), Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers and Britney Spears when her voice has too much autotune on it.

I agree with James Blunt. Also Akon, most of these female singers out at the moment/recently (e.g. Duffy, Adele etc) and singers who are from the home counties but sing with a cockney or northern accent.

Amelle from the Sugababes. It's unreasonable for me to say it as I know she's a good singer - but her voice really irritates me.

There are loads that I can't be bothered about but I would really like to 'get' Rufus Wainwrights voice but try as I might I just can't.
I am such a big fan of his dad and remember first seeing him live in Eltham gardens ( by the station, not the Palace) sometime in the last century singing ' Rufus is a Tit Man' . Turned out he wasn't though.:D

Lol. I'd forgotten about her. I actually quite like the song Bulletproof but can't listen to it because her voice grates so much. She sounds even worse on the 'Going if for the kill' thing she did.

Yep, have to agree about Vickers.

Also agree with James Morrison. He's supposed to be a "soul singer." Yet I struggle to think of someone more soulless. His warbling delivery makes every song sound the same and is a disguise for lack of range.
