Can I get some advice on Spotify

ok , yeah , I'm slowly limping into the 21st century !
anyway - I'm thinking of using Spotify , but what can I get out of it , I don't want to just listen to stuff , can I download (and keep ) stuff , can I copy to disc or ipods etc. ?
is it complicated ? any advice for a complete novice , cheers .

However, it is very easy to use, and is a great way of discovering new (and old) music.
Give it a try though - you can run it for free on PC, and with limited functionality on most mobile platforms.
