Desired/Needed Reboots

An idea (lets call it a spinoff) from this thread here. What shows would you like to see rebooted and/or remastered?

For me, at least for the moment, there is buy one. That's Stargate. I would want them to both reboot, and revision it. Don't get me wrong, the existing series were great, but they could have done so much more. We had a whole host (pun intended) of Goa'uld, yet we only really met a few of them. Stargate could have got very dark and political from a Goa'uld standpoint, but that passed.

Can't say I was a fan of the ascension storyline (Anubis included) nor the Ori either.

From memory (and excluding the Horus Guard back in the film), we only ever saw Hawk and Serpent Guard. I'd like to see more, especially when there are so many concepts around.

    I think The X Files could be continued once the Mulder and Scully era is wrapped up. I could imagine a young man and woman walking into Mulder's office (with his famous i want to believe poster still there) and carrying on both the work Mulder and Scully did. Not a reboot, but a continuation with new characters and a new mythology. X Files gave us every bit of the sci-fi and horror genre every week for nine years. It deserves to continue.

    Sliders needs a reboot with the writer actually being allowed to implement their long-term plans.

    I want a series like Teen Wolf, but that deals with many animal shifter clans, wolves/cats/dogs/lizards etc.
