Wopee, I am so happy. I have spent atleast 3 months decidng what to buy. Stuck between DLP and LCD at the end, after plasma's scren burn ruled that out. I went into RGB Direct in Ilford to go for the Sony KDLV40A12, as I wanted the Sony DAV700FW, and I get £200 cashback. It is a very nice set, but the guy recomended the Toshiba, looked at it and struggled, wasn't really sure. After a while we went for it. I got it for around £2000, including stand and pedestal. Was hard to get that price, after some long bartering, 20 minutes on the price we spent, as we wanted 3 year warranty and also the DVD Home Cinema System. He also through in some component and phono cables cheap.
Here is my old set JVC 29" CRT from 1998 I think A true classic LOL!
And my new ones stand and box
And after its set up, notice near empty stand and no speakers. Still waiting for DVD and Speakers, and also PS2 will be hooke dup and the Xbox2 and PS3.
Cbeebies on freeview is perfect for my little sister. She is very
BBC News on freeview.
X-Men Legends 2 on PS2 through RGB Scart, maybe I will buy component for the PS2.
If I get a digi cam, I will take some nicer pics, enjoy!
