I thought seeing how the new series is being filmed, another set of this would be nice.
Ep 1 - Fish
Boardroom: Alex, Nicholas, and Raef
Fired: Nicholas
Who should have been fired: Nicholas
Obvious one here. Nicholas may have been done over badly by Alex in certain areas but simply by waffling on about how he was unable to get along with 'less educated' people and talking bad about 'people who watch football' showed he seemingly forgot or didn't research Sugar himself.
Ep 2 - Clothing
Boardroom: Jenny, Lucinda, and Shazia
Fired: Shazia
Who should have been fired: Shazia
Not as obvious here but given how early the process has been, it really was a flip between the project manager (Jenny) and Shazia. Both had clear reasons to go but Shazia just crumbled in explaining herself in the boardroom.
Ep 3 - Restaurants
Boardroom: Ian, Kevin, and Simon
Fired: Ian
Who should have been fired: Ian
Duh. Ian was useless from start to finish. That, doubled with blatant lying showed that the right choice was made.
Ep 4 - Photos
Boardroom: Simon, Alex, and Claire
Fired: Simon
Who Should have been fired: Claire
First change for me as while Simon wasn't the best in this task, Claire actively ruined things over by having shouting matches in clear view of customers as well as ignoring and being combatting every decision Simon made. There was no respect there.
Ep 5 - Ice Cream
Boardroom: Lucinda, Jennifer and Lindi
Fired: Lindi
Who should have been fired: Lindi
Basic enough decision by simple process of elimination. Lucinda worked well as a PM, Jennifer seemed to have some potential whereas Lindi kept popping up throughout the other tasks with rather poor ideas.
Ep 6 - Cards
Boardroom: Kevin, Claire, and Sara
Fired: Kevin
Who Should have been fired: Jenny... but since she was in. Kevin
Kevin should have brought Jenny in. She was all at fault but since he let her control him completely, theres no other option.
Ep 7 - Marrakesh
Boardroom: Jennifer, Alex, Claire, Jenny, and Michael (aka: All of Renaissance)
Fired: Jenny and Jennifer
Who Should have been fired: Jenny and Jennifer
Jenny obviously for the massive amount of mistakes here and previously. Jennifer could have gotten Michael fired if it wasn't for her constant banging on about the lie Michael/Jenny made before and instead she should have been backing up her own decisions.
Ep 8 - Weddings
Boardroom: Helene, Michael, and Sara
Fired: Sara
Who Should have been fired: Michael
Michael messed up here, he screwed up before. Sara meanwhile had done well before and only did badly here.
Ep 9 - Advert
Boardroom: Raef, Claire, and Michael
Fired: Raef
Who Should Have Been Fired: Michael
Three poor tasks in a row should have said something. Raef was very much in fault for the task but Michael was too and off both this and previous tasks, he should be been booted.

Boardroom: Michael, Helene and Claire
Fired: Michael
Who Should Have Been Fired: Michael

Ep 11 - Interviews
Fired: Lucinda
Who Should Have Been Fired: Lucinda, Helene and Lee
Lucinda yeah. Basically she actually did the same move as Nicolas did way back in Ep 1 and she hadn't actually watched or even looked the show up before applying. Helene had been invisible for a long time bar the occasional bitchy comment and didn't really do much and Lee had been completely up and down throughout the process (and the CV lie). Only the 'twist' saved Helene and Lee.
Ep 12 - Final
Fired: Alex, Helene, Claire
Won: Lee
Who Should have won: Claire
Claire overall had the better set than Lee, she had worked her way back up after the disaster early on. She also seemed to contribute more to tasks than Lee and for me anyway, made the better case to win overall than Lee.
