Does anyone else love this film? I am no fan of Charlton Heston, but this film is a majestic masterpiece imo. I love Loivier's sinister turn as the mad 'Mahdi' as a kid I always hated the head on a pike scene. Anyone else a fan?

    I too like this film, not seen it for a while, must get the DVD out for a viewing.

    I do like CH and have most of the Epics he did on DVD (Ben Hur and the like).
