My Audi has "long life" service intervals and only needs servicing every 2 years or every 20,000, whichever is soonest!
Same as VW, of course. Probably SEAT are the same:)
There are 2 servicing levels, one for the likes of you and Time and Distance Servicing for the people that only do under 10,000 a year made up of town and short distance running, a lot of cold starting plus anything that puts a load on the engine, like towing..
