Sky Sports on Virgin TV Anywhere

I get Sky Sports with Virgin and im meant to be able to see it on Sky but when I sign into Virgin TV Anywhere got to Sky Sports and click on it then click watch it says:

"Watch on Sky Movies or Sky Sports website
This show is available to watch on the Sky Movies or Sky Sports website.
You’ll need to sign in with your My Virgin Media Username and Password."

But when I do sign in on Sky, it doesnt let me watch it.

It says "You need a Sky Sports subscription or a NOW TV day pass to view this content." and then I dont know what to do is it Virgin or Sky I contact?
