I would give Roisy £250000, for one night of passion.

Who do you think you are, Michael Douglas? :D

I'd have hired Roisin even if her business plan was a blank page. What a cracker.

This panel is full of cliched yes men. I can already tell who they are gonna say should be hired and fired.

Roisin is one of the very few candidates who doesn't look better on You're Fired (IMO).

Her hair isn't as good and are they tattooed eyebrows ? Don't like them anyway.

She looks nice of YF. But not nearly as nice and natural as in the show.

Wouldn't Roisin have been better off taking her idea to Dragon's Den rather than spending several weeks jumping through hoops only for her business plan to prove to be her downfall in the end? :(

They would have ripped her business plan apart as well.

But the "healing root" might not work for everyone

Chocolate teapot with a diamond on top pressie, and audience would have hired her.

She would be better off getting a good idea that might make some money instead of a hopeless cause.

True, but she wouldn't have had to a) give up her job or b) perform several irrelevant tasks in order to achieve the exact same result.

    Well said.

This format just does not work and I think viewers only stick with the show out of habit.
It's been rumbling on for ages that the show needs to go back to the original concept or have a mahoosive shake up.

The final on performance probably should have been Roisin v Katie. and that would have been a gem. He would have had to pick between Roisin - whose plan was too largescale, offered too small a return short term, and was risky, and Katie whose plan was too small scale,, offered too small a return and was less risky.

I've never lied on my CV, but know others who have, and got a job.

That game, best to be avoided:D
