I just watched that all the way through

Looks really good - I take it they don't use tips and they wrap your natural nails?

How much does it cost initially?

Does the removal/renewal session cost more?

I like that it doesn't damage your own nails but if you're always going to have this process done, does it really matter how good your own nails are underneath?

    Just wonderin :D
Yeah it's without tips, just overlay on the natural nails.
One's natural nails do need to be in at least reasonable condition in the first place, or premature lifting of the Shellac, it will start chipping off too quickly. My Shellac lasts around three weeks.
Infills aren't an option with Shellac. The set needs to be removed completely and replaced.
Shellac at the place I go to costs £25 for single colour. I pay +£3 for white tip +£5 for manicure.
Don't go anywhere to cheap cos they may use fake stuffs that is inferior quality.
Shellac is also known as Gelish, and there is another good product called Bio Sculpture which is practically the same thing.
I had Shellac once, I buggered it up by day two :D
Christina, it may have been one of two things:

    1) your nails may have not been right condition for the application of Shellac or
    2) the nail tech was bad

Yeah, but I'm also not single. You could try it as a strategy. Paint your arse blue and run naked round the block singing Waltzing Matilde. I guarantee you'll get attention. No need to thank me - cash'll do :)

I don't care if you are single or not. You talk like it is a reason to look down on somebody.

He's looking down on you because he's wearing stripper heels...

Really? It just appears that most of the posters that gang up on me seem to be posting here.

You didn't need to follow them though did you.

Most of the posters in here are women, and no doubt they can't get enough of you. So, see you later.

Do you mike, do you mike. v

Watched the first ever episode of Frasier tonight, it was quite good! I've never really watched it and that has to change!

    Frasier is a brilliant show...

"Which one of his eyes is looking at me again?"
    "The brown one"

I don't know what it was. My nails are in good order, they're healthy and things.
The shellac was my first ever professional manicure. I do a hell of a lot of housework and gardening, so I put it down to that.
I didn't mind though, I felt restricted not being able to change my nail colour.
I took it off less than a week later.
I used to have many many bottles of nail varnish and I used to spend ages painting them and doing patterns and things, but it always used to start chipping off the next day practically!

True. I painted mine last night, the ends are chipped already. Wasn't cheap varnish either, it was Ciate.

Yeh, 'tis, would never have guessed the dad was gay though, almost as much of a shock as Ironside/Perry Mason :o.

    She wasn't bad. 6.75/10.

Just read she is 53 now though.

If you're pompous with a receding hairline then they meant Frasier...

If you're blonde and effeminate then they meant Niles...

She started to annoy me in the later seasons...

    Never found her attractive personally...

I'd imagine Vosne more like Niles.
Stewie on Family Guy sounds like Niles.

Hmmm....I am pompous. Don't have a receding hairline. Am full of shit.

Maybe it was the wine thing. I did see an episode once when they were struggling to get some Romanee Conti.

Yeah but David Hyde Pierce was obviously batting for that side...
