It was nice to see Mark on Weakest Link and best of all, he won! And to see him take his shirt off :):):):o

    Well done Mark!

i didn't like him much when he was in the competition, but he's grown on me since watching him on the weakest link.
but i did cringe at the end when he took his top off. tis getting a bit old.

Was impressed with Mark commenting on the World Championships.

Back in his comfort zone he is so relaxed and confident; informed and articulate.

He does talk a lot 'with his hands,' much like me.:)

Mark was in the studio with Sue Barker commenting on the Commonwealt Games.

Apparently he's fronting this year's Prostate Cancer campaign - and in seeking sponsorship support he's died his hair back to the original brown.

Some say it takes 5-10 years off him but I still prefer him as the Silver Fox.

    Apparently he's been a busy boy - http://www.realbuzz.com/blogs/u/Mark_Foster/mark-foster-s-blog/posts/from-diy-to-hair-dye/

He's still dancing (with Camilla) and busy with promotional work. I loved the bit about enjoying time with his nephew.
