Hate the way they cut all the songs short in this edition - I'd rather they played one less.

Cut off after 2 minutes. Really bad. Even the rubbish songs.

    Avid Sex.

    Tedious tune.

Still, an improvement on David Soul - but that's not saying much.

Don't get your DS hate, Silver Lady's a superb song.

My missus was just cooing over him in exactly the same way my sister used to all those years ago. Some thing never change.

Ram Jam's one and only hit? Good though.

Still have it on my ipod and play it loud in the car :)

David Essex looks good tonight, didn't notice him as a teenager but think he's phoarr on TOTP:D

I wish he'd stayed at EastEnders - liked his character

Song's boring though, love Rock On

    Bland song, bland singer.

Had he not been in Starsky and Hutch he would never have got near a singing career.

Did black groups only come in two types in the late 70's? Either four blokes in matching suits, or just loads and loads of members.

You'd obviously forgotten about the Stylistics! :)

I remember him as Kirk St Moritz, the sad has been rock star :)

No, Kirk never claimed to be an ex-rock star.

The ex-rock star in Dear John was Ricky Fortune, of Ricky Fortune and The Fortunates, played by Toish Lines out off of The Bill.
