Yes I think he did. Now if I was a kid I'd reckon Robbie was the real hero of the show!

    Yeah Robbie is very funny.

oh man. i thought I WAS the only one. im 21 and mannnnn im addicted to that damn show. i cant stop singing the pirate song and bake a cake song.

its not that im some saddo its just that, when you wake up in the morning and its on tmf its like "woah dudeee what was i smoking last night" and you tend to zone out for half an hour.

anyone heard the american version? its weird hearing different voices.

I think Robbie Rotten is quite cute :o:o

Me too man! Have you seen the bloke in real life without all the weird makeup and chin and things? He's absolutely smokin hot and gorgeous. I think that's probably part of the reason that I hate Sportacus so much and always support Robbie. I gotta admit, I have some of the songs on my iPod as well. Dangerously catchy shit. I love the Mine song and Bing Bang and Have you never. And the PIRATE SONG! *^_^*

    It is excellent..

My four year old boy loves Stephanie and Sportacus. He also likes Robbie Rotten.

Have you seen how much Magnus Scheving (sp?), does on this show.. He's like the sometimes director, creator, producer, star and some other things too on different episodes..

We have the first series on the Sky HD box in the lounge and the Sky + box in the conservatory. Plus we have to watch it when it's on anyway..!!

He's also loving The Backyardigans which I do enjoy too... I'm now called Tyron and my son is Pablo. The wife is Uniqua..!!

    Very addictive stuff.

As mentioned before I couldn't believe that Robbie Rotten looks so normal in real life, Stefan something I think...

Shall we start a petition for it to be on prime time BBC1 on a Saturday or something? :D

I noticed that. I think he even made the tea. :D I think if it wasn't for the credits running full tilt US stylee, we'd all see how much he actually does.

I don't really like LazyTown but my 19 month old son does although his attention span isn't up to 30 mins and he normally wanders off at some point, coming back for songs.

I've caught it a few times recently, it seems very bizarre, bright garish colours, mad songs, but strangly appealing, Sporticus reminds me of a Mario Bros that didn't eat all the Pizza and Robbie Rotten looks a lot like Bruce Campbell from the Evil Dead films.

The British version of "Cooking By The Book" is the best sung.

Ok I'm 37 and I have this song stuck in my head. Curse you Lazy Town !!!!! It's kind of like Ace of Bass.

    Here

I admit, I enjoy watching Lazy Town with my 2 year old.

So who's buying the single this Christmas. I've seen odds of 33/1 for it to be Christmas number 1.

Just as long as they don't part company due to musical differences - apparently Ziggy is into experimental bulgarian hardcore techno while Sportacus is more of an indie-folk kind of guy.

Im ashamed to say that Im 24 years old and I watch it when I can :o . I don't even have the excuse of having small children of my own either.

But its great, so random and weird and I love the cheesy songs that they sing in it. Its the sort of show I'd have liked when I was a kid.

It looks foreign, anyone know what country it comes from.
OMG i dont know HOW you can like that program its the worst in my list!!

LazyTown is the most irritating kids programme on TV at the moment. I have to leave the room when my daughter watches it.

I started watching the show around 3 months before this thread was created and I loved it.

Apparently, they have commissioned a third series. This time, it'll be airing on Cartoonito and all the characters/human actors seem to be the same, apart from the fact they've gotten a new Stephanie (the old one is 21 now anyway).

I was never very keen on Sportacus when watching with various grandkids, but they all liked it. Now Backyardigans was different and Wonder Pets come to that, I know the songs off by heart..
