John lewis are now selling the ultimate plasma television at its flagship store in Oxford Street. It has a 103" screen (2.6 metres across the diagonal) which is equivilant to four 50" screens tacked together. It weighs 220kg. All for a snip at £50k excluding installation.

    Nah, for that money I would go for a projection system and the latest Pio G8 plasma for "casual" viewing.

    I think my 14" B&W is better value for money! If I remember correctly from when this first went on sale, they charge five grand for installation. I am sure the Beckhams have two!

    Will JL do a price match? There's a discount shop in Tottenham Court road who'll do it for £1999.:D
