iI'm really enjoying ALW's critiques.(sp?). He's constructive and knows what he wants. He's investing a lot of money and isn't there to do a talent show like Cowell. This winner could be set for life in a career.

Its a rock menu - being put on on a show where people are used to musical numbers - on a channel where they almost always get pop. May explain the ratings.
Andrew talks some rubbish about connecting to the lyrics of songs. I thought John sang that song in the character of Jesus, suggesting the burden and isolation of a God in the world, and a temptaion towards experiencing sexual love--" I wanna know what love is...I wanna change this lonely life".
Thus, Andrew, John was right to do it tragically. Bravo John. And Ben. Go home Nathan.
