with 1tsp of veggie mite 2cups of boiling water
2 snipped up spring onions & 6 chopped up radishes -a handful of finely sliced celery a big shake of white pepper & about half a teaspoon of curry powder
mixed in the bowl then micro waved for 4 minutes @10.25
A Dobbie,s meal reduced to half price -£1-
with half of another delicious meal also £1 /half price
dauphinoise potato with red onion All so very delicious !!!!
added some celery slices radishes and a large mushroom
while out today after dentist appt went to various shops and got loads of good bargains
then ::::: went to Dobbie's for a large free chocolate topped with cream and weeny marshmallows ( devine) and sprinkled with chocolate
then bought several bargains food and sparkly ribbons
also took a bunch of cute things to the cat charity shop and bought a leopard hoodie dressing gown (£2) to make more doggie coats :-)
Ooops - first meal was 300g broccoli and cheese sauce (168 cals )
2nd thing - the creamy potatoes was about 200 cals
I also added 3 cherry tomatoes celery and a mushroom
I enjoyed every mouthful !!!!:-):-):-)

topped with half a 150g pot of lush thick longley farm natural yoghurt
and a little sprinkle of white sugar on top
