With Neighbours' Alan Fletcher, Britain's Got Talent finalist Steve Hewlett as Silly Billy, X Factor star Andy Abraham as Little John and 90's pop sensation Lolly aka Anna Kumble playing the Fairy of the Forest!
Think I might give that one a miss...
AND
Peter Pan:
With Bradley Walsh, Flawless and David Bedella
Sounds better, but still not a Panto fan, so will give that a miss too!
Keith Jack (runner up in the BBC's Any Dream Will Do) as Prince Charming
Rosemary Shrager (Celebrity chef) as Cinderella's Fairy Godmother.
Olly Pike (Wiley Sneak in CBBC's Trapped) as Dandini
Zoe Adkin in the title role
Dot and Babs – The Wugly Sisters
Mike Goble as Buttons
Richard Alan as Baron Hardup.
"Irving Berlin's White Christmas
Dominion Theatre
Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AQ
8th Nov 2014 to 3rd Jan 2015
Make it a Christmas you'll never forget with this spectacular festive feel-good musical based on the much loved movie classic! Starring Aled Jones, Wendi Peters, Tom Chambers and Graham Cole."
Is that a panto ?.......I wouldn't call it a panto !
I've heard of Aled Jones (didn't he sing the Snowman song ?) but not the other three so for central London I don't think they're very big names !

Oh no, it isn't.....
oh yes it is
Wendi Peters was in Corrie for years & has just gone back (or will be going back soon), Graham Cole played PC Tony Stamp in The Bill & Tom Chambers was in Holby City, won Strictly Come Dancing then went into Top Hat in the West End.
Elaine C Smith is in my local panto.
That's not panto!
To. chambers was in Holby on TV, won strictly and then went in to Top Hat he is very good.
I would go and see that over a panto any day.
I hate panto and handed that job over to my sons dad........son is going into panto in Stockport with Chrissie Rock, Ted Robbins and someone from CBBC so after 19 years of avoiding Panto, I will be going to see one.
Edit: just seen someone has said what Tom has been in
I've just google imaged Wendi........and it's Janice Battersby !
If they'd have said Janice Battersby I'd have known who she was !.......:D
Although I haven't watched Corrie for about 20 years so I guess she's probably left by now........
Never seen those things that the other two were in
David Hasselhoff and
Christopher Biggins,
Should be worth watching.
They should be treasured and nurtured. There's something exceptionally cozy and right about amateur panto productions, and when it goes wrong they're brilliantly funny and quick to play it.
Not to mention they normally happen in January, so it's cold and frosty, which is just right.
For obvious reasons it has stuck in my head. I actually have a poster for it somewhere, to prove to my mates I wasn't making it up.
and Niki Evans at the Grand Theatre, Wolverhampton.
Think I'll pass.
