I don't know if he has got an injunction out. If he has, I find it a bit hypocritical though. He supposedly gets an injunction and yet he claims to be a Christian. I'm not sure the god he worships would agree with him using his money to stop people talking about it.

CR is a singer who, as far as I am aware, has not been convicted of any other crime or publicly expressed the desire to harm anyone before in his life.
This other guy, however, has left his country to fight a war against the West ( that includes you) as a soldier of Allah - presumably this means he is quite open to the idea of killing people, even in the unlikely event his hands are still clean of blood.
He's also left the west to fight a war against the west. Instead of say boarding a bus and forgetting he's left his bomb on board.
