Verdun

I was thinking of buying this for the PS4 but having watched gameplay videos it doesn't look like a lot happens even though it is very realistic. I've also heard mixed opinions on the graphics and people saying the framerate is bad. Is this the type of game that is likely to get updated or patched or just released as is?
