Can pasta in meals be frozen and reheated?

Hi,
I am currently working 12 hour night shifts so am looking to batch cook, freeze the food and then bring to work to reheat in their microwave.
I am thinking tomorrow about doing a large spaghetti bolognaise but am unsure if I can cook the spaghetti, mix it in with the cooked bolognaise, put it into portions to freeze, and then reheat it whilst i'm at work?
I don't think pasta can be cooked on its own in a microwave, so does it follow that it cant be reheated after freezing too as part of a spag bol?

We do this all the time.
Convenient to have days when you don't have the energy to cook. Just take out in the morning to defrost during the day then 3 minutes blasted in the microwave once you get home.
My situation is a little different in that I'll be waking up at about 5pm, taking the portion out of the freezer and driving to work about 6pm to arrive at 7pm.
I'm not sure 3 hours will be enough time for it to be defrosted before I reheat it in the works microwave?
If food is partially defrosted is it still ok to cook it in the microwave or must it be fully defrosted first?

As long as food is piping hot right the way through when you eat it, it's fine to heat it when it hasn't fully defrosted.
It's more about getting the food to the temperature you want to eat it at, rather than worrying about what it means for it to be "piping hot throughout".
OP: you should microwave it for a few minutes, then stir and repeat until it's hot enough to eat! You'll need to experiment depending on the quantity of food, how frozen it was to start with, and the power of the microwave.
