Most of the [ Cold ] remaining Dino Pino veggie mincey fettuccine mix from last night
on top of a FULL Twin Pack of Wild Rocket leaves [ bought for 19p ]
& 10 more Piccolo weeny vine tomatoes [ Full tray were 1.69 Reduced to 49p
Then Salad cream [ of course ]
And lots of wafer thin slicings = from block of lush spicy creamy *Mexicana* Cheese

Followed by :-
2 THICK Slices of TOAST
A Whopping big thick Crust and First thick !!!!! Slice
cut from a Super Large * Wholemeal loaf * [ Reduced to 19p ]
topped with Lurpak [ Block was 1-70 Reduced to 45p ]
Then .... more Delicious Mexicana Cheese in fine slices / shavings
then a good spoonful of Raspberry Jam on BOTH Mega -Yumby !!!!

2 large Delicious !!!!! HOT Buttery Corn on the Cobs = Microwaved for 6 minutes
[ The pair were 99p - Reduced to 49p ]
Used a pair of Corny spikes - one in each end -
Then Put into A bowl with Lurpak Salt & cracked black pepper
@5.40
[ Watching Carla give evidence on Corrie's Catch up from earlier in the week ]

[ Using many Bargain items ]
The Mincey veggie Yummy- Combo [ Heated up ]
with the last 10 weeny Piccolo tomatoes [ 1.60 Reduced to 49p a pack ]
& the last Tender Bargain Organic Courgette / Fully sliced / put beside the mince
Then when cooked I emptied a full 85g Bag of Watercress on top [ 99p - Reduced to 19p ] [ 22 Cals ]
then circled it all with Salad cream

A bowl of Sains Basics Fruit & Fibre
topped with the last of 3 punnets of delicious Raspberries [ was 2 Reduced to 49p ]
and an Activa Vanilla Yoghurt [ Also a bargain purchase ]

Last night I made a thick wholemeal sandwich
with some Moroccan Style Falafel [ were 1 Reduced to 55p ]
6 cherry tomatoes and salad cream

========================
Now made a full frypan of **** A chopped Bacon & Multi - Veggie Combo ****
Added in this order :-

Catering Bacon off cuts [ was 1.18 Reduced to 79p ]
300G Pack of Cavolo Nero Cabbage [ Long & unusual stems of crinkly Tasty Cabbage ]
A Full 300g pack of American Style Salad [ was 99p Reduced to 19p ]
A Full 370g TWIN Pack [ 2 x 185g ] Sweet & Crunchy Salad [ was 99p Reduced to 19p ]
The last 6 Cherry tomatoes
Some Chinese 5 Spice - Ground Ginger -2tsp *Christine's Chilli Jam* & Bit of hot water
Almost At the end of cooking I then added:-
A Small tin of Mixed >>>>>>>>> Corn with Peas
& Full 270g pack of H&B's ** SLIM RICE ** Bought IN THE ** 1p Sale **
[ Not tried before but it is BRILL ][&Less than 20 Cals ]
FINALLY Added a few spoons of Onion gravy Granules to make the remaining liquid into gravy

Having 2 very yummy bowls full @ 1.30

[ Went to Morrison's at about 2pm / before it closed
Got Another FULL Trolley of Great Bargains again & ..... 3 off ]

Another Very BIG bowl of the **** Delicious Bacon Veggie Ricey Combo **** [ heated up ]
with a *very heaped* tablespoon of Houmous on top [ Chilled ]
Then 4 Cherry Tomatoes cut into 12 little wedges - nestled on top of the houmous

Followed by A FRESH medium sized Crunchy Cheesy topped Fabulous French stick
All FILLED with about 6 Thin slices of Yummy Mexicana Cheese
Lots of fine frilly stems of Chervil [ really nice Fresh tasting ]
& lots of Light Salad creammmmmmmmmmmmm

A Liberte Greek Styled Honey bottomed yoghurt [ Full pack 4 x 100g =400g = I got 3 packs of 4 ]
[Packs were Originally 2.19 each
I got 3 packs of them = Each Pack Reduced to just 29p ]

[ 91 cals per 100g pot ]
Mixed 1 pot with a handgrab portion of Sains / Fruit & Fibre cereal
