Can I get this unlooked free from three or do I have to get in touch with mobiles.co.UK.
Thanks

www.three.co.uk/unlock
Fill that out^, wait a couple of days.
(you might need to copy and paste the link into the address bar)
Saying they want more details. So phoned 333 on my handset. To hear they don't recognised my iemi number.
Try ringing them again and see if you can escalate it.
Mobiles.co.uk won't unlock the phone for you.
333 is free.
0333 comes out of your minutes allowance
mobiles.co.uk usually sell unlocked. At least they did when I got an S4 from them.
Considering the S5 wasn't released until April 2014, you did well to buy one over 4 months prior to this
The OP bought it via a third party. Not Three direct.

I used it on my locked to EE S5 with no issues.
Good support from the developer too. (He Mailed me to make sure everything was OK as I cancelled the unlock process first time - My error not his).
You've tried another SIM in it?
Because artnada is right... Mobiles.co.uk are owned by CPW, they use the same stock as CPW.
It makes no sense that they would have locked stock of a handset CPW have never sold locked - especially locked to a network CPW (and, subsequently mobiles.co.uk) haven't done business with since before the S5 was launched.
That would make even less sense.
If Three did indeed stop locking their handsets before the S5 launced, how would a third-party retailer end up with a Three-locked S5?
If Three don't want them locked, Samsung are hardly going to produce Three-locked units exclusively for third-party retailers, are they?
