Thanks for the comment about the photos. Unfortunately the reason is a crappy camera phone. I'm looking into getting a half decent digital camera.
The pizza dough was my usual.
1tsp yeast
1/2tsp sugar
80ml water
1 cup flour
1/2 salt
What I did differently was mix it more/longer with the hand mixer with dough hook attachments
and left it to proof for longer.
Mixing it longer gave a better consistency and the longer proofing made it lighter.
Topping was 1tsp butter, 1tsp pureed garlic and a pinch of dried parsley.
I cooked it on a cast iron crepe/skillet pan in the oven on 220c.

You could do worse than get a Lumix. I've got a TZ10 but the TZ20 that's just come out looks the DB's. Not too bad a price either!
hah, when I said half decent I meant around £50 Aslong as it's better than the camera phone i'll be happy.
I'm hoping to get a hand me down of my sister. She's into photography and said he had an old one lying about.
I have a canon digital ixus 55, but my display is buggered a bit, so it is hit or mis. I am only able to see if the pics have worked when I uploaded them on my netbook.:D
Today we had shop bought mousakka and home made potato cakes with a side salad but to be honest it looked a mess on the plate so no photo! OH laughed when he saw it but said it was lovely when he ate it.
Buffalo chicken salad: It's a bit of a mess, but it tasted good! Marinated chicken in Frank's hot sauce, avocado, onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sourdough croutons and homemade buttermilk gorgonzola dressing.
