Who is the best person to e-mail regarding the VM website being completely misleading and incomprehensible ?

    Use the contact us form at the bottom of the website and do it via email and just fill in the form.


    Mind if I ask what exactly you're having issues understanding or find misleading?

    Thanks, I e-mailed them and they dealt with my complaint very satisfactorily. From being annoyed with their Customer Services on Saturday I'm now impressed.
