I recall a year or two ago that Dot was going to remember Lou saying something in one episode, which would be newly recorded by the actress. Did this happen? It was obviously a very small thing so I can't remember.
I never heard that but it sounds like a good idea. I'd prefer Ian to be the one to experience it though as he was always close to his gran. She could help him reach an important decision in his life with some well remembered advice from years gone by:)
When Pauline came into the room and said 'she's gone' maybe she just left a note and had run off to Gloucester with her secret octegenarian boyfriend that nobody knew about.
The Beale/Fowler clan then decided to have a bizarre funeral service and pretend she was dead, even going to the lengths of burying an empty coffin

What a woman!
They should do this while there is still time. As its Anna I am sure people will accept it.

She still lives I tell ya....
Yeah, like on a UK soap like EastEnders, a dead character like Dennis Watts returns as HIMSELF.
if lou beale was still a character she would be 101
She was 71 when she died 23 years ago, so thats 94 by my reckoning.
You mean a thought-to-be-dead character like Dennis Watts of course?
