I find it hilarious that one of them watches the programme so the others don't have to and writes a review about it.

    :D:D:D

Yep, taking one for the team apparently :D Wonder how many are in this team :D

    Millions eh sidsgirl? ;)

Millions seem to watch it, so he's doing something to get their attention - even that of those who think he's an 'abomination'.

More selfless than hilarious if the review is an accurate depiction of the programme - and I suspect that Lexi was being somewhat restrained so as not to offend too many people.
Still,I imagine it's still infinitely preferable to being compelled to Google 10 year old porno pictures of KP just to get your Outrageometer up to speed.

    Axis of Evil?
    More like Triumverate of Tripe.

Have seen this statement a few times now .Who has done that. Plus are you saying that nobody on here googles Pete to find something to 'point and laugh' at

    Some may well do.
Personally I don't - there are more than enough reasons to point and laugh already.

Personally, I've never 'Googled 10 year old porn pics of KP to get my outrageometer up', but if others want to, who am I to judge? I expect they might say they were doing it for 'research', just as the 'Abominators' might say they're doing when they watch Andre's nonsense?

I don't either... As you have posted he does enough to amuse me ..I don't need to keep looking up his past

I'm betting Peter and Emily have never done anything physical, other than hug. Lustless, no chemistry. Not a relationship.

He barely even looks at her, I'm not comparing his behaviour with Emily compared to that with KP, but he is clearly hedging with this girl - 'I like her, I really like her' said the same way you'd say you like a mars bar........he's a 40 year old man stringing an obviously star struck young girl along.
As for wanting to keep this relationship private being an explanation....this man keeps nothing private. Cannot even call it puppy love!
I am wondering too for how long would 'Embles' enjoy being surrounded by 'bro's' and hangers on all the time she's with him.

I think Pete is desperately trying to find a permanent girlfriend and have this baby we keep reading about, but I doubt Emily is the "one". Im sure she would fit right in with the CAN crew, but he chose Kate, Maddy and all the other page 3 lookalikes and that clearly is his preference.

Weve all seen the articles about she is so natural blah blah, but there is clearly no chemistry between them.

Loving Pete's show last night :). I check every day to make sure this thread is still here ;).......if he's annoying the detractors, he's doing well :p:p.

It's great that Peter Andre's fans can always depend on him to be annoying, says it all really. ;)

    Thank Lexi! Top reviewage there.

It seems there are now "Teams" on here - or at least in some people's minds. Are we having a Netball League or something?

Seeing as all you are doing in this thread is judging the FM's who do not share you POV about Pa, I think we'd all like to know who you are to judge.

You do not like Kp, so post about it. Why should people who do not like any other zeleb justify their point of view to you, or put up with you mocking them?

    My Life – Ep.2 Reviewage

    Suffering:
The first 30mins was filled with Pete telling us how he’s struggling and suffering interspersed with other people telling us how Pete is struggling and suffering. So I’ve nothing whatsoever to say about any of that other than it was a struggle and I suffered. On to Malta.

    The Malta Connection:
Pete takes his suffering and his entourage to Malta where he is to be honoured. Twice! After greeting and posing with his 'adoring fans', they make their way to the hotel. In the car, Pete tells us he’s there to accept two awards, one for his music and the other ‘for all his charity work in the UK’. Que?? He also says he thinks the Maltese have mistaken him for someone else. It’s an understandable conclusion. After checking out the hotel, he makes his way to the Presidential Palace where a beaming Mayor Dingli tells him he’s a cultural icon and presents him with his certificate of culture and something in a box. Pete shook Mayor Dingli’s hand for the photographs while – we now know - the good citizens of Valletta shook their fists in outrage and stomped off in a fury to take their displeasure out on their keyboards.

Here’s my theory on the Mayor Dingli-Pezza connection:
A couple of months back, Mayor Dingli, sitting in his office musing on ways to boost Summer tourism in Valletta while idly googling the internets, was suddenly blinded by an orange man introducing his tv show. Donning shades, Mayor Dingli watched in fascination. And concluded “Here is a man with nothing to fill his show and here am I, a mayor with my beautiful Valletta, and nowhere to promote it.” “Fate,” he thought, hatching a plan that included a made-up award and an ambassadorship, while reaching for the phone.

On to the music awards where the Prince of Daftness picks up Best International Artist 2013, his first music award in 15 years. “It amazing!” he says. Amazing is exactly what it is. But just to be kind, he does seem to be popular there and he stopped struggling and suffering long enough to tell us that he was feeling the love.

Back in the UK, Pete returns to his suffering theme. It involved painting a room in possibly the most inept manner I have ever seen and ended with, you’ve guessed it, more struggling and suffering. Enough.

    ...................................................................

The only tiny bright spot came at the end when they trailed Ep.3 and CP, with an expression like a waspbite, reported indignantly to Pete that the good citizens of Valletta were revolting against his ambassadorship. It might be funny to watch. On the other hand, judging by tonight’s episode, the struggling and suffering, if it continues, may actually kill you.

Even when he talks about her, it's like he's talking about a film or a cake...amazing, wonderful...he turns into an android, it's weird. If it is a sham...then why oh why oh why are they doing this??? I can understand him not dry humping her a la KP out of respect for..whoever, but there just seems to be no chemistry at all from what I can decipher?! It doesn't help his case that he's put gagging orders on his Page 3 types, it arouses suspicion. It's just...odd. Would they really fake it??

PA:My Life dipped below the million mark to 944k last night(from 1.2m last week) , although I don't think that includes +1 yet.

p.s Smithy...a hug for you my friend. Been there too - four years ago. Soon there will be more 'remembering smiles' than tears. Take care x

The figures are the same as last week though for the 9 pm slot and according to Pete it was 1.2 million again, presumably after adding on +1:

    Last week's figures:
The latest chapter of Andre's ITV2 canon attracted 949,000 (4.1%) viewers at 9pm, while a further 266k (1.5%) tuned in on ITV2+1, overnight data reveals.

I am surprised as I thought it might lose viewers - I did watch it last night for the first time in a couple of years and found it quite depressing. I will probably watch next week as they are visiting Emily's family - I am interested to get an idea what the family think about it. I am not sure what to make of them, Emily does seem very supportive and apparently isn't after a career in reality TV - maybe they do genuinely like each other.

    I just don't get it.
I was wondering if they both THINK it's real - he's obviously been looking for the antithesis of KP and Emily fits the bill, and she's been swept along with the idea of having a famous boyfriend.
I don't necessarily believe that the relationship is a CAN set-up, but I'm yet to be convinced it's the real thing.

@artless - any chance of an international away match vs Malta?

Ah right, thanks Liz - it's annoying when they don't label whether it includes +1 or not..and it seems this figure is "not"!

I'm not really surprised, I think his shows get roughly the same viewing figures year in, years out bar the odd dip. Although the series opened about 6% down compared to last series, the show seems to have a pretty stable fanbase.

Re: Depressing, well I rely on Lexi's reviews which are better than the show could ever be...but if there is something I have noticed about Tv recently it's the everyone likes a bit of depressing. I saw Jeremy Kyle the other day and after two hours I had to go out because I was miserable. Emmerdale - blimey, in the 13 years since I last watched it's become a ranging glumfest. Talent shows on Saturday night are full of people crying over dead people - it's a popular theme, culturally in the modern age, seemingly.
