Anyone finding this series distressing?

is this series making anyone feel anxious or upset? It might sound daft considering it's just a reality show but it's making me feel anxious and I worry what I'm going to see when I watch it. I had the same feeling watching Shilpa's series and Gary Busey's series. I can't bear to see a lot of people goading/going against one person. I know people will say Kim is a dragon, brings it on herself etc but she's still a woman of a certain age and to have everyone go against her and no one defending her is very hard to watch.
