Good Morning Everyone.:-)((((((( {o-^-o} )))))))

The sun has come out, wasn't really expecting it as forecast says 10 degs but cloudy.

Talking about Nipple enhancements, i suppose it's the same as putting lipstick on or getting your brows enhanced, not sure what the difference is in what part of the body is enhanced.
It's all fine until something goes badly wrong.
Pete Burns looked fine until he started messing about with his face, think he made a dreadful mess, but there's no going back is there.

I've had the sun out a few times but with clouds around it's very on/off weather.

2 of my Raspberry plants haven't come up, very concerned, rang the company i go them from, said they would get back to me.
It's not so much the fact that 2 of the 12 haven't showed yet but it's the position of them.

I've got 2 rows of 6 plants, planted 50cm apart, the back row next to the lawn is doing fine, the front row by my blue slate path is the problem, the end 2 of those 6 are ok, but a couple of others are just showing, but 2 are not showing yet, if one is missing you get a big 1m gap in the line.

The company said they only send them out in the winter bare root so but they may be able to give me some half grown ones, i'm to let them know the situation end of June.
They would look like this
(+).....(+).....(+).....(+).....(+).....(+) (back row)
(+).....(0).....(+).....(0).....(+).....(+) (front row)

The Zero being a plant that hasn't come through yet.

Says on my phone it's 12c..........with the wind chill & regular showers I would dispute that. In fact I put my heating on a wee while ago.

Actually, basmati rice has a lower GI than brown rice - it doesn't impact on your blood sugar as much.If you are going to eat rice, then it's the best type to eat.:)
I had steak, cauli mash and mushrooms......

Or better still, brown basmati.

Why does Hicky need to watch his blood sugar? I hope you put your mushrooms outside for half an hour before you cooked them as this is the latest recommendation. :D
