Mark knew when he was in the house. He clearly mentioned it to Matthew saying he had recognised her. I'm guessing they kept it to themselves but who is to really know?

Mark recognised her from the papers & told Matthew early on in the series. I can't remember exactly what he told him or how much we were even shown.I don't think he mentioned prostitute, but he did mention footballer, story & newspaper.

I think Helen has told Ash more about her past but big brother hasnt aired it .. during her conversation with Steven - Steve said Ash knows alot of your past and he takes you on face value .. if he knows alot about her past then they have obviously spoken more than the 3 minute conversation aired to us. Also when she said dont google me id hate that his response was i dont need to were tight .. i no if i didnt know much of somebodys past my response would of been why.. so i guessing Ash knows quite alot.

The question of how much Ash knows came up before & a poster suggested that of course he knows who she is. Being a social butterfly he would know her from the club scene in Manchester & as a footy fan must have read all about her or at least heard of her.

I have no idea because we only see minutes out of hundreds of hours.

I hope Helen has been very truthful about her past to Ash.

I suspect she has given Ash a quite sanitised version. Why say don't google me if she has told him all the truth.

I do think that Ash will be ok about everything though. He might even like her notoriety.

Yes that came out when Luisa visited the salon. Ash has said that he hadn't really dated for over a year & of course we don't know if the ex was an ex girlfriend or an ex one night stand, or how long she has worked there.

Before Helen told Ash the small detail of her being a former escort, Ash had told Marlon (I think) that he would hate to have a girlfriend who had been with lots of men. He had already become quite close to Helen when she told him about the newspaper story and I think he thought it would look bad if he dumped her as a result.

I might be wrong, but other than a few glossy mags, I don't think he'll be interested in a long term relationship with her.

In fairness to her I don't think she was trying to rose tint it by calling herself a former escort. She said that she had slept with a famous footballer, a former friend had sold a story to the press & that she sold her side of the story as it was coming out anyway. When Ash pried a bit further she said ''it was my job'' implying that she was actually a prostitute & not an escort. She then said that she didn't want to discuss it any further in the house as she couldn't - then she repeated that she actually couldn't implying it was for legal reasons.

So, she wasn't sugar coating it as far as I can see.

I agree that he won't be interested in a long term relationship with her.

Why should they ? It is all in the past.

Chris, in particular, looks for the good in people, giving them the benefit of the doubt.

None of them will be permitted to discuss the matter in the media - or, on Bbots, for legal reasons.

What does it matter? It's in the past and she has moved on. Why can't everyone else.

So, she was an 'escort' and Rooney paid for her services - HIS choice - not quite the same as a wannabe WAG sleeping with footballers for the kudos and no concern for their wives and families.
The story was outed by her friend and she had no option but to deal with it in public so why not make money from it at that time. The genie was already out of the bottle.
She has begun a new life and is trying to leave the past where it belongs, and I can't believe how so many people on these forums are determined to resurrect and dwell on her former life.

I think Chris knows something .....after Danielle was outed he went to the DR and made a scathing attack on all the 'horrible' people in the house.

He alluded to Helen's grubby little secret (or something like that).

As said above ^^ we saw Mark telling Matthew early on in the series and Helen telling a 'condensed' version to Ash. Some things may have been said but not shown I imagine.
