I agree...thsi weekend literally everytime I switched on the TV he was there. I lvoed G&S and Smithy the character, but there is such thinng as over exposure and the public will get sick of him. He needs to go away for a little while!
I agree he has been on a lot over the last week or so, and will be on even more with his World Cup show and single with Dizzee. I'm Scottish and not particularly interested in football, so much as I do like him, I doubt I'll be watching.
The World Cup always seems to bring with it a mob of Smart Alec rent-a-comedians, so we'll be seeing a lot more of this insufferable oaf over the next few weeks.
We went through something similar in 90s with Danny Baker, and the same in the 00s with Peter Kaye.
Funnily enough they all share one thing in common as well as being overrated.
Yet Peter KAY (caps on purpose) is still going and doing gigs around the Britain, which are sold out to the point he is doing more than he wanted. He has done a lot for charity and heck if thats overrated then I'm sure plenty of others want to be overrated.
As for James Cordon, is it me or is everyone talking about him? Why? Simple because he built on his success, everyone knows he is a big football fan and football likes him. After his first comedy with the English team, they called him back. He hosts a sport show on Sky 1 (in which actually he does a good job at) and people complain when ITV use him... when at the moment he is the most known non-footballer involved with football. Heck even his role in Doctor Who has him as part of a football team, you see the link? Yes, he's getting more air time because its the world cup. So yeah best way of saying this, shut up give it five weeks and people can go back to complaining about Jordan being on tv too much.

What annoys me is that he was the one time boyfriend of Sheridan Smith
How does that explain her going out with him, then?
soz was being sarcastic hence the reason emphasised the word funny
Ah, fair point. The internet sucks at sarcasm, almost as much as I suck at spotting it.
I know  I'm not enjoying Doctor Who as it is this season and now he's in it
The ITV promo for his world cup show is really annoying too.
Cos he wants to be a serious actor and not a comedian?? Comedian's seem to get a bigger rise...

Don't worry, the more he's on TV, the quicker people will realise what a talentless twunt he is, and his 'career' will wither on the vine...
He was funny in Gavin and Stacey though. But only because Gavin and Stacey weren't funny.
Smithy's funniest moment. Fast forward to 1:00

And so is Ricky Gervais, no matter what people say
And overweight
Where was the funny bit?
I've always thought he's just playing himself in that dreadful show.
Didn't realize the TV execs fired people based on your opinions.
