I will stake my mortgage that we get a (probably terrible) rendition of 'Islands In The Stream' from the sappy folk duo before long.*

Anyone else want to place their bets?

* No doubt they'll soon be being referred to as 'Mattleen' - ugh!

    A person, as it happens. My username is an ironic take on the term 'reality TV' because it's anything but - television is always constructed, it can never be 'reality'. Yet people seem to forget so readily that every time we we 'reality' on telly, it's someone with a cameraman stood right in front of them.

    I know there is a web site called Unreality TV, but it's a coincidence - I hadn't heard of it before someone flagged it up on here once and asked if I was from it.

    They won't sing Islands In The Stream- that's bombastic country, they're folk.

    Why not just say you dont like them instead on mincing around the subject. I actually really like their voices. On one song they did they reminded me a bit of The Delays, a group from Southampton. Hope they do well.

    Cos it would be extreamly boring if he/she just wrote 'I don't like them'.

    I want them to sing along to the theme tune from Dallas as my brain cannot deal with someone calling themselves Sueleen, it keeps wanting it to be Sue Ellen.

    I can totally see them singing that. But they'll only have one chance to do it. Won't they? Are they really going to last longer than Saturday? Eeeeek!

    I can see them and Sam being the bottom 2 in Tom's group.....and for me its too close to call as to which of them he will send home!

    i really like them,:) yeah the first time i saw them i thought he looked like a country singer etc,....ah but then i remembered...it's about the voice;)...and i enjoy their voices.

    I don't dislike their voices except she's a little weak.
    But their harmonies are downright odd. That I do not enjoy.
