9-05am Now & have Just eaten :-
Lush Juicy Mango Cubes with hot Oatibix Porridge
2 Oatibix - [ Found the sealed packages in the bottom of my big store cupboard a few months ago ]
put them in a medium bowl with 1 heaped Tsp of dried milk powder & 1 hermesetas sweetener Topped with enough Boiled water to make a Thick smooth Porridge
then sliced a lovely ripe fresh Mango in half - and scored into cubes
then used long flexible filleting knife to remove the lush cubes of yummy juiciness
Popped the Mango cubes on top of the hot Oatibix Porridge - with all the juices
YUM !!!!! YUM !!!!!
Now about to have the mug of hot white punjana tea
[ Really enjoying ALL the LUSH Fruit from these 2 large Gift boxes of 1st class Fruits -@ £2-99 ]
I Still have about 15 more bananas to eat
Were £1-50 - I paid 45p / bought 2 big 9 packs and 1 big bunch of organic bananas
[ Got 3 big bags on 20th July Monday - last week when I used a £9 off voucher
and received another £5 voucher at the till - & met Paul @1-40pm after his swimming session - [ He Goes @ noon x 3 times per week ] both had 3 Coffees
[ Last week on Monday was chatting with Paul while shopping - earlier than usual
Followed by >>> 3 coffees each - till about 7pm ]

A big wedge of a large [ New ] Iceberg Lettuce - [ Reduced to 47p / got 3 ]
5" of a new cucumber - cut down length twice to form 4 triangles with each cut coin slice
Half a large tomato
big squeeze of Heinz Salad Cream - [ 600g - Reduced to 89p / got about 10 ]
Bit of Sea Salt & White Pepper
With - a **big handgrab** of Carved breaded Ham / from one of the 2 x £3 trays ]
and Half a Wholemeal bread bun [ from one of the 3 x 19p Packs of 4 ]
with a thick layer of *pro - activ* buttery spread
Then :-
Had the other half of the wholemeal bread bunnage
also with a generous amount of pro - activ and Raspberry Jam with a Mug of White Punjana Tea
between 4-45pm & 6-30pm Sorted lots of clothes at base of stairs
[ M&S Trousers - lots of nice new tops - A few unworn dresses - mostly unworn clothing - a few other items mostly worn only once or twice ]
Some nice NEW things for Sis >>>>>>>>>>>> put into the brown paper Primark bag
and A big bag - & more NEW items to give the cat charity shop tomorrow afternoon [ it is near my Dentist ]
Then made Another Big carved ham salad with lots of :-
Shredded iceberg Lettuce - half a tomato - half a red onion
5" of cucumber - about a big cup full of sliced celery
white pepper - *Heinz* salad cream & some *Savers* brown sauce
with another wholemeal bread bun with buttery pro activ spread - to eat with the Salad -
&
the other half of the bread bun - with pro activ & Raspberry jam
Then another bread bun :- cut in half and toasted
then topped with pro activ & more raspberry jam
with a mug of white punjana tea

Just had a big mixed salad with some [ Morrison's ] Red Kidney beans in Chilli sauce [ opened a new tin ]
topped salad = iceberg red onion celery cucumber & tomato with :-
some *savers* brown sauce & s/c - [ 600g bottle for 89p / got about 10 bottles ] Had this with :
Half a toasted whole meal bread bun - [ last pack of the 19p 4x packs / got 3 packs ]
Both Toasted Bun halves - topped with :- pro activ buttery spread
Had the other half - with the last heaped Tsp of the *Savers* Raspberry jam
and a mug of white punjana tea
Got to get ready !!!!! soon !!!!!
and go to my 6 monthly Dentist Appt @2-30 = [ "Tooth - hurty" ] << - not really !!
Then will take a big bag of Clothes to the **Cat Charity shop** >>>>> over the road / nearby
then will ** have to ** buy more cat food - on the way home
Will use a £9 off Coupon that they gave me at the till last week on Monday 20/7/15
Down 2lbs - [ *1* - 9 lbs 4 oz ] @11am - Rang Tina re :- Correct Couch measurements - 92" = 7 foot 8"
Then when unloading pet food from the car boot
Invited into Jackie's and I saw & hugged little Floyd xx
then Ellie asked me over - I saw & hugged little Milo & John needed email help/advice
Found her a set of *clip on security bells for Handbag - for Bank girl's holiday
Then out >>> to ""Pay for Couch / settee""- Delivery due in morning of 3rd August 2015 @1pm also Saw & got a new pair of smart black shoes - they *needed* some insoles !!
Then :- Got 4 Passport photos taken
Then Quick look in Asda >>>> for insoles any bargains
Made 3 Thick Sandwiches -:o-
Using :-
Half a 400g Tiger loaf - [ Was 99p - I Paid 9p last night - GOT STACKS of Bargains ]
filled sandwiches with :-
Mixed green and black lives in a herby dressing [ Were £2-31 - I Paid 19p / Got 12 packs ]
Red kidney beans in chilli sauce
lettuce tomato red onion & savers brown sauce
and a mug of white punjana tea
