I have a KOBO touch which seems to have got "frozen". It is just showing the "powered off" screen.
When I switch it on a blue light should flash, but this is isn't happening. I connected it to my computer to see if charging it would help, but it just stays the same. The green "charging" light comes on, but it doesn't go on to the connect & charging screen.
Is there anyway I can kick-start it, or do I have to accept it is just dead?

If you have no other choices try resetting it with a paper clip.
