It seems some posters are using this thread for their general chit-chat - I had to check to make sure that I clicked on "The Chase" thread and not the food and drink one.
Yeah, thanks for saying that , I don't want to spoil any party but this thread often has too much generalized chatty posts to wade through. A bit of banter is Ok but we're been getting practically pages of the stuff here to go through. Can we please try to keep on topic which is the programme itself..

To be fair, the people that post in this thread have more or less been here since the thread started, and in human nature will eventually move past the actual show itself to make a conversation amongst themselves as well as discuss the show as inevidably happens within forums. It's not like its OT in that they're talking about Breakaway in here as opposed to The Chase. I enjoy reading the banter in here and will sometimes contribute my own 2 pennies worth. But its nice to see it steadily grow. Just join in rather than waste time and energy being put off posting within.

I agree with a poster above, what's the harm in joining in? There's only so much you can say about the Chase at some points. 'Oh that was a hard question' 'Oh they should have got that right'
A bit of friendliness and banter keeps the thread active and isn't too hard to keep up with I wouldn't have thought if you're a regular viewer
Its people complaining pointlessly on these types of threads that stop me from joining in:mad:,,,,,surely joking and banter keeps this forum going,,,,but if people are gonna moan about that type of thing then i'm' out
