Axe a soap - the big 3 only

If a soap had to end tommorrow and no more episodes made ever again, out of Coronation Street, Eastenders and Emmerdale, which would you choose?

I'd pick EE because it's had it's day and it's time to say goodbye. ;)

    Coronation Street even though I do like it, I enjoy Emmerdale and Eastenders much more atm rather than all that stupid Baldwin nonsense.

    Emmerdale because there's just No point to it how many can relate to it, just a few living on a farm. :D

    I'm biased towards Eastenders so would have to say Emmerdale

    You can axe both Emmerdale and corrie as far as i'm concerned because they are both rubbish. Eastenders is good, so i would keep that.

    Maybe the best thing to do though is to just cut the number of episodes on all soaps to three a week. This way the quality of soaps will improve and they won't need so many pathetic, weak storylines and charcters.

    I agree. Everyone is running out of material. EE should only be on 3 times a week as should corrie and E'dale and they standard would go up.

    All the soaps have suffered as a result of overkill, including the big three and shows like Hollyoaks have really gone down hill. And emmerdale being on 6 nights a week is ridiculous. I watch Eastenders but not every episode, maybe two out of the four in a week because i get fed upo when these programmes are on all the time.

    Emmerdale ... it just looks so cheap nowadays, and the acting leaves a lot to be desired. Never interested me since Frank and Kim Tate left.

    Yeah that's true. They'd be at better quality if they were on 3 days a week. Do they think we have no lives and that we wan't to watch it everyday? :)

    Yes, emmerdale was great when the Tates were in it. And it was only on three times a week then!!

    If I had to pick one I would Emmerdale but I don't think any should be axed. Just because you may not like them does not mean the millions to follow them should suffer.
